1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using corebench.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
CoreBench provides engineering talent matching services. We connect startups and technology companies with pre-vetted senior software engineers. Our service includes initial matching, candidate presentation, and post-placement support. The specific terms of each placement engagement are governed by a separate agreement between CoreBench and the hiring company.
3. Fees and payment
Our placement fee is 10% of the placed developer's agreed salary. This fee is invoiced only after the developer has completed their first 30 days with the client. No fee is charged if a placement does not result in a hire, or if the engagement ends within the first 30 days. A 30-day replacement guarantee applies to all placements at no additional cost.
4. Developer applications
By submitting a developer application through our website, you consent to CoreBench retaining your application details for up to 24 months for the purpose of matching you with relevant client opportunities. We will not share your details with clients without your prior consent. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the CoreBench bench or any placement.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when using our contact forms or application forms. CoreBench is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
6. Intellectual property
All content on corebench.tech — including text, design, and code — is the property of CoreBench unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
CoreBench is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CoreBench in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Third-party services
Our website integrates with third-party services including Calendly and Google. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. CoreBench is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
