JOIN THE BENCH
Apply to join the CoreBench talent bench.
We work with a small number of senior engineers who can work synchronously on US or UK hours. If that is you, we want to hear from you.
What we look for
✓Genuine production experience — any level considered
✓Strong foundation in at least one modern language or framework
✓100% synchronous US or UK timezone availability
✓Strong async communication in English
✓Real production projects you can show
✓Ability to work independently without daily management
We review every application personally. If you pass our initial review you will hear from us within 5 business days to arrange a technical assessment. Acceptance to the bench is selective — we only add engineers who meet our full vetting criteria.
