What we look for
✓5+ years of production experience
✓Primary stack: Go, Node.js, React, or TypeScript
✓100% synchronous US or UK timezone availability
✓Strong async communication in English
✓Real production projects you can show
✓Ability to work independently without daily management
We review every application personally. If you pass our initial review you will hear from us within 5 business days to arrange a technical assessment. Acceptance to the bench is selective — we only add engineers who meet our full vetting criteria.
