CoreBench exists because offshore hiring keeps failing in the same predictable ways — and nobody was fixing the actual problem.
I am Muhammad Usama. I have spent six years shipping production systems for US and UK companies remotely — Go backends, Node APIs, React frontends, IoT platforms, healthcare systems. I have worked synchronously with Western teams from Karachi. I know what that requires and I know when it is not being done properly.
I built CoreBench because I kept seeing the same pattern: a startup hires an offshore developer who looks great on paper, costs a third of a US hire, and delivers a third of the output — because the working model was broken from day one. Timezone gaps. A recruiter who could not tell good code from bad. No accountability after the hire.
