When you submit a contact form or developer application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, message, and any files you upload (such as a CV). We also collect standard website analytics data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general location data (country/city level).
3. How we use your information
We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry or process your developer application. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. Analytics data is used to improve the website experience.
4. How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox and deleted after 12 months or once the enquiry is resolved, whichever comes first. Developer applications are retained for up to 24 months so we can match you with future opportunities. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@corebench.tech.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: Google Analytics (website analytics), Google Tag Manager (tag management), Calendly (meeting scheduling), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We do not control how these services process data once transmitted to their platforms.
